Honorarium is a love offering (If I travel over 200 miles I do require a $250 minimum which is typically met through the offering and display table, I'm based out of central Indiana). Other requirements are an opportunity to set up a display table to sell cd's and other touring merchandise and an assigned assistant to help direct me and to help with the display table.
